Soft skills Kazakhstan shared useful skills with students

As part of the “Introduction to Entrepreneurship discipline”, Soft skills Kazakhstan employees delivered a lecture and conducted a training seminar for 2nd year students of the Faculty of Economics. The topic of the lesson was dedicated to the art of using soft skills in entrepreneurship.

Students learned that soft skills are over-professional non-specialized skills, which include the ability to listen to the interlocutor and conduct dialogue, communication skills with representatives of different specialties, social and cultural groups, the ability to form a team, set goals, take initiative and delegate responsibilities.

During the lesson, students got the opportunity to use and consolidate soft skills in an interactive game format.
